Legator
Through your Will, you have the power to help us improve chronic disease knowledge, practice or treatments for many years to come. Large or small, your gift will make a difference and be part of your lasting legacy.
Most of our Legators have chosen to include a gift for general charity purposes in their will. We have include some example wording below. If you wish to specify a specific purpose please get in contact and allow us to honour your wishes effectively.
“I give to the FitMed Foundation Ltd (ACN 669439936) the sum of $ [Insert Amount] to be used for its general purposes, free of all duties. The receipt of the Secretary or other authorised officer for the time being shall be a complete and sufficient discharge for the Executor(s) and I declare that my Executor/Trustee shall not be responsible for seeing to the application of that gift.”
“I give to the FitMed Foundation Ltd (ACN 669439936) my [Insert name of Asset] to be used for its general purposes, free of all duties. The receipt of the Secretary or other authorised officer for the time being shall be a complete and sufficient discharge for the Executor(s) and I declare that my Executor/Trustee shall not be responsible for seeing to the application of that gift.”
“I give to the FitMed Foundation Ltd (ACN 669439936) the residue of my estate to be used for its general purposes, free of all duties.
